Our Policy
Most of the vehicles we buy are lease backs, trade-ins or rental returns. So how do you know what you're getting? When we find a vehicle matching your needs, you are notified and are told as much about the vehicle as we know. This includes:
- Colour
- Interior & Exterior Condition
- Windshield Condition
- Tires & Wheels
- Vehicle Options
- Any damage and Repair
A $200 Car Search Fee is required and is Non-Refundable to have BSV AUTO look exclusively for the vehicle of your choice. Should you purchase your vehicle through this service, the amount will be applied to the buy fee. If you choose to purchase your vehicle elsewhere after BSV AUTO has started to work for you, it should be deemed as a service fee and you have paid for the service whether rendered or not.
BSV AUTO pledges to send information on vehicles that match your specifications on a weekly basis for your consideration.
Once you have said "lets do it" by paying a one-time non-refundable deposit and win the bid, we get the vehicle inspected before we commit to the purchase. This is done for the protection of you, the buyer and us, the seller. The inspection will check for un-reported damage, problems with the engine, transmission, frame check and 4X4 if applicable.

FINANCING
Financing is available through Lease Plus Services (LPS). LPS uses a number of different lending institutions to
find a competitive lease rate for your purchase. The application takes up to 48 hrs and the rates are between 7-
9% depending on credit score. This program makes it so at the end of your lease, you own the car, there is no
“buy out.” If you want to finance a vehicle in inventory, we can fax you the credit application within 24 hrs and you
will be driving your car within 48hrs of application. If you are having us hunt a car for you, we can also get pre
approval to ensure your financing is ready to go on locating the vehicle of your choice (see policy).
TRADE-INS
We are accepting vehicles on trade-in if you buy wholesale through us. Since you're buying wholesale, we can only offer you wholesale black book on your vehicle. You can always get more money by retailing your vehicle on a private sale. If you're interested to see what your trade-in would be worth, e-mail us with all of the info on your vehicle.
WARRANTIES
Most of the vehicles we deal with are newer, therefore have remaining factory warranty. This warranty is transferred over to you right away once your purchase is final. If the vehicle doesn't have any warranty, you can seek after the purchase is made, an extended warranty through a franchise dealer if you desire. Depending on age of vehicle, BSV may or may not provide a window of recourse on any vehicle and can be discussed prior to vehicle being purchased. Generally, any vehicle over 100,000kms or more than 5 yrs old will be “as is”. All Vehicles will be inspected before delivery.
COSTS
Our fee is 5% of the total cost to be added after the invoice. We will adjust that fee in order to make a sale work to make sure we can get you the best vehicle least amount of money with the budget you provide.
